As a member of the Portfolio & Project Planning team in our HV Solutions business line, you will help shaping the energy transition - in Germany and worldwide. You will support the planning of large marine and land cable projects in the bidding and execution phase.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Develop and update the projects' time programme 
  • Regularly analyzing project progress and project critical phases.
  • Identifying and analyzing project risks and proposing improvements and mitigation plans
  • Work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, installation, and customers to identify potential changes and measure potential impacts
  • Prepare project reviews and communicate progress and control issues to the project team
  • Prepare and update required reports and coordinate with our site in Sweden
  • Communicate project information and customer feedback to internal stakeholders of the project
  • Continue to develop processes and tools to continuously improve planning, progress monitoring, and reporting

To connect a greener world, you should have the following skills and experience:

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration or in a similar field. Additionally you have more than 5 years of professional experience in Project Planning (or similar) in a project management setup. Further you should apply, if you:

  • Have knowledge of engineering and project management techniques, processes, and tools, including planning and ideally in project controls
  • Have IT skills with excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and all relevant Microsoft Office applications including MS Project
  • Bring a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies
  • Have a collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills
  • Have the ability to work in multicultural, international and diverse teams and adapt to different personalities
  • Have a willingness to travel to clients and job sites
  • Be business fluent in English and German
