NKT is growing and looking for a new local colleague to join our HR/Administrative team in Cary, NC. You will be an important part in strengthening the HR foundation that we have developed in recent years. Are you also an experienced office Administrator with high commitment, and experience acting as managerial support in HR matters? 
As an HR and Office Administrator with us, you will be part of a global HR organization with a strong presence in Europe while supporting the administrative needs of the office in Cary, NC. 

In the role of HR and Office Administrator, you are a key person for our managers and other employees. You are a driving force in bringing administrative expertise to the day to day operations and establishing strong relationships with various stakeholders. 


Your role also involves greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing general administrative duties, you will administer key internal communications, in-office events, and hospitality.

Your responsibilities will incorporate a wide range of tasks, including administrative duties, employee records maintenance, and assistance with HR programs and initiatives. If selected candidate for this position, you will: 
•    Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings and administer I-9 E-verify
•    Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
•    Process drug screens, background checks and new hire onboarding
•    Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping for hourly craft employees
•    Monitor employee eligibility for benefit plans and processes enrollments, cancellations, or changes
•    Provide administrative support to the HR Manager including filing, data entry, and preparing reports
•    Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures
•    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information in compliance with GDPR & US Laws
•    Maintain vehicle schedules for auto insurance and fleet registrations

We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, legally authorized to work in the United States and independent person to join our team. He/she  must have excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility and likes to collaborate with other colleagues. An integral part of the position of HR& Office Administrator in our company is friendly communication with ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. we expect the following skills and experience from resume/CV: 


•    2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR
•    Associates degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred
•    Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now experience valuable
•    Microsoft Office Suite and  SAP, Concur
•    Legally authorized to work in U.S.
