NKT is growing our Product Management team and is looking for a Commercial Product Manager Central & Eastern Europe focusing on building wire, low and medium voltage cables.  Are you ready to embark on an international journey that combines your capacity for supporting growth and enhancing customer experiences? We are seeking a Commercial Product Manager who will be the link between the Central & Eastern Europe market, customer and our product engineering team. Contribute to our growth journey
We recently established our Application Product Management team who oversees the product road map and product lifecycle. In the team we are assessing product development needs within markets / countries and translate product development needs into business cases to support internal decision making. Together with your colleagues, you will have an important role supporting product management to ensure growth within our markets.

 

Your typical work tasks will be to:

  • Perform analysis of markets and competitor products and conduct field research and understand the customer needs
  • Translate customer needs to product requirements, both technical and commercial.
  • Prepare Business cases and be the Project Owner for product development related your area
  • Support Product training for our sales and customer service team and our customers
  • Support and initiate marketing initiatives related to new product development/launch including participation to relevant fairs and conferences
  • Support sales in customer discussion when needed


You will join an international and collaborating team with a manager who will give you the freedom to act. We are open to flexible locations at any of our offices in Warszowice (Poland), Kladno (Czech Republic) or Velké Meziříčí (Czech Republic).  We offer you hybrid-work possibilities, flexible working hours and career development opportunities. Frequent travelling is to be expected mainly in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also in the Baltics and Balkans.

 

Technical background with a commercial mindset
To thrive and excel in this position, we believe that you have a positive approach, take ownership of tasks, and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently. You have proven communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with both team members and stakeholders effectively.

 

Additionally, your CV probably includes:

  • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Certified Engineer or equivalent educational background.
  • Several years of experience in Energy Cable Product Management or Category Management (Building wire, low-voltage cables or medium-voltage cables) or in-depth knowledge of the product´s related applications
  • Knowledge in a English and any relevant local language.  
  • Driving licence
